Peralta L'Atelier is led by founder and creative director Monica Peralta — a designer by trade and a planner by heart.

I didn't start here. I started by saying yes to a friend. Long before weddings, it was everything else — baby showers, birthdays, gatherings of all kinds. Friends would come to me knowing I'd turn any occasion into something that actually felt like something. Word spread the way it does when people feel taken care of, and slowly, naturally, weddings found me.

With a background in interior design and over ten years in the event world, I approach every wedding as both an art form and an experience — the way a designer approaches a space. The proportion, the palette, the way a room makes you feel when you walk in. Every detail is shaped with care, intention, and a point of view that's entirely yours. Peralta means high rock — an elevated place — and that spirit defines everything we do.

What began as a passion for creating meaningful spaces has grown into a women-led atelier rooted in warmth, intention, and elevated design. Over the years I've also built a trusted network of exceptional vendors — florists, photographers, designers, and more — who share that same dedication to craft. Together we create something greater than the sum of its parts.

But here's what couples say they didn't expect: I'm also the person who makes sure your grandmother has a glass of water, your best friend makes it to the dance floor, and you actually get to be present on your own wedding day. I handle everything — before, during, and after — so the only thing you have to do is show up and enjoy it.

And yes, I'll be on that dance floor too. That's how you know it went perfectly.

I work with a small number of couples each year — intentionally. Because to do this well, I have to know you. Your story, your people, the feeling you want to walk away with. That's not something you can scale.
